Our motto "Healthy is the New Sexy" has been a big hit & we are so proud of you all for making good choices and drinking the wheatgrass! We truly believe that our food should not only taste amazing but it should also make you feel amazing too.

We encourage all sorts at 37 West – innovation, entrepreneurial skills, sports, competition and just general everyday‘expressing yourself’ type stuff. The seat you will sit on has either been sprayed by the talented graffiti artist Finbar24/7 or made from refound or upcycled material by our in house creative director Dan Gardner. The menu was designed by our wonderfully talented supervisor Susanne Keeler. We are also graced from time to time with the presence of Mr Michael Mullins - one of Galway’s leading Milliners.
